ELECTRIC ROYALTIES TO ACQUIRE 1.5% NSR ON CANADIAN LITHIUM DEPOSIT
Electric Royalties Ltd. (TSXV: ELEC) (“Electric Royalties” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the signing of a Purchase and Sale Agreement to acquire a 1.5% Net Smelter Royalty (“NSR”) interest from an arm’s-length party on the Seymour Lake Lithium Deposit, located near significant infrastructure in Ontario, Canada.
